Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. This Return Policy explains eligibility, timelines, refund methods, and exclusions for orders placed on DME Medical.


1- RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original sealed packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and proof of purchase must be included.
  • Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

2- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used sterile/medical consumables and hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
  • Special-order, customized, or clearance/final-sale items unless defective on arrival.

3- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


4- RETURN PROCESS

  1. Submit your request via our customer support channels with order details.
  2. Our team will review and confirm return eligibility.
  3. Once approved, return instructions and pickup/drop-off details will be shared.
  4. Returned items are inspected before the refund or exchange is finalized.

5- REFUNDS

  • Credit/debit card payments are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store-approved method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6- REFUND TIMELINE

Once your returned item is received and approved, refund processing usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.


7- EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund based on the original order value.
